I’m sure anyone that has worked in a larger business would agree that these vary in quality from inspiring to mediocre and often it is the commitment and engagement of the person that is delivering the review that makes the difference.
When we set up One Accounting, we believed that regular reviews were a good idea and over the years we have tried various methods, with different degrees of success. However, we never really seemed to be able to nail down a formula until now. The attached video is a short interview with one of our longest serving team members Gemma Akel. She has seen the good, the bad and the ugly side of our previous processes, but as you’ll see from the video thinks that the current method is both motivating and working well.
